The new 3-axis accelerometer family CMA3000 made ​​by VTI (Sales HY-LINE Sensor-Tec) was built in the new Chip-On-Mems technology. The sensor is currently the smallest (2 x 2 x 0.95 mm) and also the lowest power generator available with the acceleration sensor on the market. The supply voltage is 1.7 V to 3.6 Vdc.
